Century Assets Ltd was founded in June 2018 and is owned and operated by Ali Chukmarov and Sergei Kudryavtsev, property investment and development professionals.
Our company specialises in commercial and residential property acquisitions and conversions into; HMO (House of Multiple Occupation), residential apartments and serviced accommodation.
Century Assets Ltd holds a mixed portfolio of over 50 high-end HMO and serviced apartments units across South East of England and East Midlands.
Our team focuses on the in-depth property analysis, hands-on asset management and innovative design.
Century Assets works with other property developers, joint venture partners, high net worth and sophisticated investors.
We raise finance from a range of sources to include loan note instruments, property bonds, bridge finance lenders and banking institutions. The funds then used to finance a full range of property transactions once the projects pass strict investment criteria.

For more than a decade Ali has been leading successful property investment projects across London and South East of England.
Ali has a Degree in Economics and Finance.
Sergei
Kudryavtsev
is a Co-founder and a Director of Century Assets with over 10 years' experience in property development and investment in the UK and Eastern Europe.
Sergei has a Degree in Financial Management from the University of
St Petersburg
